Frequently asked questions
What should I wear?
Comfortable loose clothing is fine. For traditional Thai massage we provide modest draping; oil treatments use towels for privacy.
Do I need to book ahead?
Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but booking online or by phone guarantees your preferred time and therapist.
Is Thai massage painful?
It can be firm but should never be unbearable. Tell your therapist your pressure preference at any time—we adjust immediately.
Can I claim on private health?
Private health fund rebates are available for most major funds when your cover includes remedial massage. Bring your membership card to your appointment—we issue receipts on request for you to claim with your insurer.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel without charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
